How to: Cancel a print job.
Solution:
Choose 'Cancel', or double-click on the printer icon on the status bar, or open 'Printers' in Windows 95 and cancel the job.
Do one of the following:
1) If Word is employing foreground printing, press ESC and click 'Cancel'.
2) If Word is printing in background, double-click the printer picture on the status bar (at the bottom of screen) to cancel.
3) If print job has already been sent to Windows:
a) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.

b) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'.

c) Open the desired printer. (The printer queue opens.)
d) Select the print job to delete.
e) Select the 'Document' menu and select 'Cancel Printing'.
